How a property joins Aston

    Send the property details and photos through the submission form.

    Assess

    Aston reviews the home, its location, condition and suitability for monthly residents.

    Prepare

    Where accepted, the home is prepared to Aston's residential standard.

  4. 04

    Agree

    Commercial terms and the operating structure are agreed in writing.

  5. 05

    Go live

    The home is photographed, listed and made available to residents.

  6. 06

    Report

    You receive reporting on the home's performance and condition.

Aston does not promise occupancy levels, rental income or returns. Every property is assessed on its own merits, and commercial terms are only agreed in writing after assessment.
