Before a reservation is confirmed
An enquiry or application can be withdrawn at any time before Aston confirms a reservation in writing. No charge applies at that stage.
After a reservation is confirmed
The cancellation terms that apply after confirmation form part of the resident agreement issued to you. Those terms have not been published on this website and are confirmed with you in writing.
Changes to dates
Where dates need to change, contact Aston as early as possible so alternatives can be checked against real availability.
