An important early technology hire. You will build the systems that hold Aston's inventory, availability, reservations and payments together, and the internal tools the team runs on daily.

- Building Aston's reservation and property-management technology.
- Website and backend integration.
- Property inventory and unit-level availability systems.
- Reservation flow and state handling.
- Payment recording and reconciliation support.
- Operational dashboards and internal tools.
- Contributing to a technology foundation that can eventually support Monthly.
What we're looking for
- Strong full-stack engineering judgement and ownership.
- Comfort designing data models where correctness matters — availability and payments cannot be approximate.
- Pragmatism about scope: shipping useful systems before elegant ones.
- Interest in the operating problem, not only the code.
