- Running Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other priority channels.
- Producing property content that represents homes honestly.
- Capturing and publishing resident stories with permission.
- Executing campaigns end to end.
- Community management and response across social channels.
- Lead generation and handover of enquiries to the reservations team.
- Tracking performance and reporting what actually worked.
What we're looking for
- A strong eye for photography, framing and restraint.
- Writing that sounds like a person, not a brochure.
- Practical understanding of what drives enquiries, not just reach.
- Willingness to be on site at homes to create real content.
